I found out I'm pretty good with positive thinking, well, sometimes.
1. Think about the good moments instead of mulling over on the bad ones.
2. When the bad happens, be glad at least it didn't get worse.
3. If you are at the rock bottom, it just couldn't get any worse than that.
The principle is all about thinking towards the positive. Shift your neutral gauge when things get bad, so that if anything better than that is DEFINITELY BETTER!
Nah.. it's just me and my optimistic and positive thinking. Needa tell myself everytime that things aren't that bad after all.
