Guava

When you eat guava, do you dip/soak it with the sour plum powder?

For me, I don't. Guava actually taste sweet and nice without the powder, unless it's not ripe yet. Furthermore, the powder contains sugar and salt. No no no...

In fact, I'm chewing on it now. =D I'm being random here.... While chewing, I start to wonder why many people say guava is good for health. So I went to google on it a bit. Found out it has a lot of many benefits! One of such is that guava actually has more vitamin C than orange! Well, that is if you eat it with the skin. The guava skin contains a lot of vitamin C. It has also other benefits to stuff like prolong menses, obesity, constipation, etc.

Anyway, I'll just do some copy pasting here.
