trying this wet moist centered cookie
the dough, almost used up
roll into ball size
inside microwave oven
end productyeah~ it kinda taste like brownie.. hahaha.. i dunno why it's called cookie.. or maybe somewhere went wrong in the process of mixing.. i dun care! bcos it tastes good.. okay.. maybe to me only.. bcos it's my product.. will try to source for some other opinions..
the smaller taste like normal cookie, without wet moist center.. bcos too small, tio cooked evenly.. the bigger one will have a wet and moist center.. but most of the bigger one gone le.. hahaha.. into a few tummies of here and there.. the wet and moist center really taste like brownie.. i wonder if i heat up the cookie, will it become wet and moist again?
