motivation...

oh no.. my fruits supply going low.. luckily the diet is coming to an end.. but then again.. cannot immediately resume normal eating habit too mah.. so gotta slowly introduce NORMAL food, i.e. non-fruits!! yup.. and oso gotta modify a bit of my normal eating habit.. less carbo.. hai... seriously.. i like carbo a lot!!! rice, noodles, breads... =~~~(
